Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We want you to be happy with the Services. This policy explains how trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Trials

If your plan includes a trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless canceled. Renewal dates and pricing are shown at purchase and in your billing settings.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

• Monthly plans: Refunds are generally not provided for partial months already in progress.
• Annual plans: If eligible, prorated refunds may be considered within the first 30 days after initial purchase, unless stated otherwise in promotional terms.
• Fees: Setup or one-time fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, your account may be suspended during the investigation. Please contact support first so we can help.
